TopCoat Deck Renewal LLC is owned and operated by Eric Nelson. Eric started in the painting/staining industry in 1994 in the Twin Cities and has worked as an educator in the Centennial School District since 1992. TopCoat began to focus exclusively on deck restoration in 2000 and over 75% of each season's clients are returning clients/customers through our exclusive Deck Maintenance Program.

We are located in Lino Lakes and provide deck services to all surrounding communities including Blaine, Coon Rapids, Andover, Forest Lake, Ham Lake, Spring Lake Park, Shorview, Roseville, New Brighton, Arden Hills, Vadnais Heights, White Bear Lake, Forest Lake, Mahtomedi, Stillwater, Maplewood, Circle Pines and Brooklyn Park.
